Jim Howard, VP of Performance Resources, is a family man who grew up around the US before settling back in Oregon in 1975. BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Ph.D. in Social & Organizational Psychology from the University of Oregon. Over 40 years of successful management experience in a wide variety of industries including distribution, trucking, construction, non-profits, RV dealerships, manufacturing, resorts, & real estate.
Heidi Mason represents public and private organizations in employment and labor law matters at Innova Legal Advisors PC. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Mason worked as a human resources professional for mid-sized and large corporations. She has hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, occupational safety, leaves of absence, payroll, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. Ms. Mason earned her bachelor's degrees in human resource management and general management from Portland State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Lewis and Clark College, Northwestern School of Law. She is also PHR and SHRM-CP certified.
Kris Pearce is the Division Director for Accountemps in Eugene Oregon. She has been with Accountemps since the fall of 2012. Before joining Accountemps Kris worked as a CPA in Public Accounting for a mid-size regional firm in St. Louis. She has a bachelor’s in accounting as well as an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University. In addition to her position at Accountemps Kris serves on the board of Girls on the Run as the fundraising chair.
