Innova is Looking for Attorneys

Innova is looking for attorneys with established practices and attorneys that are planning to either sell their practice or transition out of practicing law. Your practice has value, regardless of the size of your book or your age, and you may be able to stay involved with your clients to the level you desire. If you have a practice that keeps you busy, explore the possibility of taking more of your earnings home, especially if you are experiencing a low take home percentage in your current firm. Our model is scalable, flexible, and provides you the benefit of compensation consistent with your practice. Age does not define compensation. In exchange, we are progressive in the use of technology, the evolution in the practice of law, and our structure, so being comfortable with computers and remote work is helpful.

Ideal attorneys would have a practice in estate planning, municipal representation, or in any area of business, such as transactional contracts, corporate, tax, real estate, employment law, or litigation.
