COVID-19 Update - New FFCRA Poster and Additional U.S. DOL Guidance Available

The new Families First Coronavirus Response Act required poster is now available to download. The new poster should be physically posted in the place where other required notices are posted on or before April 1, 2020. Employers may also e-mail or mail this notice to employees, or post it on the employer’s intranet where similar notices are located.

The U.S Department of Labor has also updated its COVID-19 and the American Workplace website with a few additional resources, including:

• A Q&A regarding COVID-19 and the Fair Labor Standards Act

• FAQs about the new FFCRA notice and notice requirements

• An update on the Department’s temporary (30-day) non-enforcement period
